Yuuki Cross

Yuuki is the adoptive daughter of the headmaster of Cross Academy, and is a member of the school’s disciplinary committee, which is a Guardian for Cross Academy. She shows budding feelings for both Zero and Kaname, though while the feelings she has for Zero lean more towards that of a helpful sister, the feelings she has towards Kaname goes far deeper then she even realizes.

Kuran Kaname

He is one of the last living pureblood vampires alive. He, as well as Chairman Cross are the two people who really run the Cross Academy. He is the leader of the Noble vampires that go to school as the Night class. He also has strong feelings for Yuuki Cross and feels that he needs to protect her.

Kiryu Zero

He is the gifted child prodigy of the Kiryu vampire slayers. It seems hes even surpassed his parents, for on the night when Shizuka Hiou came, seeking revenge on the Kiryu clan for killing off so many members of the vampire race. Now, struggling with his new life after being bitten, Zero protects Yuuki as much as she protects him.
